The Feet You Meet

I ate my lunch at my desk today. But this time I pulled out my new lunchbag and laid out the placemat with the utensil pockets and my stainless steel bento containers from the Daiso $1.50 store. Lunch really was more fun, even if I was doing data entry all the while.

I was unexpectedly early to work this morning so I took a few minutes to relax and drink my coffee and knit a bit on my latest socks, Bellocq, and no, I won't be making the thigh-high version. These are going to be knee socks with big girly ribbon bows because almost 38 isn't too old for big silly bows, right?

No way, you are not almost 38?!! You look like you're in your early 20s!

May you NEVER be too old for knee socks with bows! :)

Knee socks with big bows -- I'm pretty sure those could be patented as a youth preservative. They're going to be very ooh-la-la!

You're authorized for age related questions only after clearing the 40 mark. I should know! :-)

Omg. The Vancouver store is 24,000 sq ft. Who knew? Thanks for the link!

OOh, the 100 yen stores have one in Westlake Center. Thanks.

Some things when made part of your personal style no longer need to adhere to the usual age-appropriate restrictions. If your style is knee socks with bows, tie them on.
