Little sister needed a lunch bag like the one I made for big sister. This one is the same construction and more Japanese fabric and polka dots. See the bread head, bottle head, fire head and ice cube head? Irresistible!

Pattern from Japanese "Heartwarming Life Series" lunchbag book, ISBN#4529042642
blue Kona cotton
Kaffe Fassett polka dot fabric
Japanese print fabric

japanese cutesy characters are so wrong yet so right! they really seem to like food based characters. i don't know why...
not sure what your little ones are into, but sanrio has some cute printable pages on their web site which i think would be fun to color if i were into coloring.

Too cute for words! I love it! And I don't mind the sock stuff--they seem to be on my needles all the time, too...
