When I saw this picture I was thinking, Oh, a nice simple garter stitch scarf. Uh, no, it a leper bandage. Wow, that would never have occurred to me.
And hunting mittens!
I am in favor of anything Fleur-de-Lis. I would totally wear this one!
There is much more goodness in these books, so much fun!

Late to comment as I'm just seeing this post from a Google search for Fleur de Lis, but I have to say: I am SO jealous of your pamphlet find! I would be squeeing inside were I to come across that in a thrift store! AWESOME!
